At Supeersuri, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The return request is made within 30 days of receiving the item.
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- For hygiene reasons, items such as underwear, socks, and pacifiers cannot be returned.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to returns@supeersuri.com with your order number, item details, and reason for the return.
- Approval & Instructions: Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and send it to the return address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where Supeersuri made an error in the order.
- If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
4. Exchanges
- We only offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- If you received a wrong or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent, defective product).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email returns@supeersuri.com with photos of the product and packaging within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
7. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
