Return Policy for Supeersuri

At Supeersuri, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience and high-quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange, subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on most products purchased from Supeersuri under the following conditions:

a. Return Timeframe

You may return items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. After 30 days, we can no longer offer a return or exchange for your purchase.

b. Product Condition

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition. They should be in the same packaging with all tags, labels, and documentation intact. Items that have been used, worn, or damaged cannot be accepted for return.

c. Exclusions

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Personalized or custom products
  • Hygiene-related items (such as pacifiers, baby bottles, etc.)
  • Gift cards or vouchers
  • Sale or clearance items

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return or exchange, follow these simple steps:

a. Contact Us

Please contact our customer service team by email at info@supeersuri.com or by phone at (972) 641-7545 to request a return authorization. In your request, please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or an exchange

b. Return Instructions

Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your product. Returns without an RAN may not be processed.

c. Shipping the Return

To return your item, you are responsible for paying for return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over $50, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or defective products).
  • If you received a gift and wish to return it, we will issue a store credit to the original purchaser’s account.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, you can follow the same return process. We will assist you in processing the exchange as quickly as possible. If the item is no longer available, you will be offered a store credit or refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@supeersuri.com or by phone at (972) 641-7545 within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a prepaid return label for you to return the item, and we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Please provide the following information when reporting a damaged or defective item:

  • A description of the damage or defect
  • Photos of the damaged or defective item and packaging
  • Your order number

6. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Baby apparel (if tags are removed)
  • Personalized items
  • Bedding and blankets
  • Health and safety products (such as pacifiers or bottles)

Please check the product description carefully before purchasing to ensure that you are aware of any exceptions to our return policy.

7. Shipping Charges

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying for their return shipping, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
  • Original Shipping: Shipping charges on the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

8. International Returns

We currently accept international returns. If you are returning an item from outside the United States, please follow the same return instructions and note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees that may apply.
